Now, use the linked guides below to install each pre-requisite software...
Step 1: Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime (MSVSTOR)
Follow these steps in Microsoft's official guide to download and install MSVSTOR.
Step 2: Microsoft .Net Framework
Begin by verifying that Microsoft .Net Framework has not been installed on your system already. Do this by starting Control Panel and navigating to Add & Remove Programs.
In the list of installed software, verify that Microsoft .Net Framework version 4.x does not appear in the list. If it does, and it is the required version for DocFusion, continue to the next step.
If .Net Framework has not been installed on your computer, follow the steps in Microsoft's official guide to installing .Net Framework. Note that the linked guide is for Windows 10 OS. You may need to locate an appropriate guide for your operating system.
Step 3: Adobe Acrobat Reader
Acrobat Reader allows your system to read Portable Document Format (PDF), which is the preferred document output format in DocFusion.
Follow these steps in Adobe System's official guide to download and install Acrobat Reader.
Step 4: Set Acrobat Reader as your default PDF application
This setting helps to preview documents generated by DocFusion during template design and other document automation tasks.
Follow these steps in Adobe's official guide to set Acrobat as the default application for reading PDF documents.
(Optional) Step 5: Microsoft SharePoint Client Runtime
Follow these steps in Microsoft's official guide to download and install the SharePoint Client Runtime. You can also contact your system administrator for SharePoint assistance.
