Fair Usage Policy
This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") applies to your use of the DocFusion Software ("the Software"). The purpose of this policy is to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and equitable use of the Software for all users.

Scope and Purpose The Software is provided as a shared, cloud-based service. This policy ensures fair allocation of system resources and prevents abuse or excessive usage that may negatively impact other clients or compromise the stability of the Software.

Fair Usage Definition "Fair Usage" means usage consistent with normal, reasonable, and intended operational patterns as set forth in your agreement. This typically includes routine document generation activities and excludes any excessive, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Prohibited Activities You must not:

Engage in activities causing excessive load on the Software’s infrastructure beyond normal usage patterns;

Conduct penetration testing, scanning, or probing without prior written consent;

Attempt unauthorized access to, or manipulation of, the Software or related infrastructure;

Deliberately introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code;

Attempt to reverse engineer, alter, or misuse the Software in any manner not explicitly authorized by the agreement.
- Monitoring and Enforcement We reserve the right to monitor your usage to ensure compliance with this policy. If your usage significantly exceeds normal or intended levels or otherwise breaches this policy, we may:

Notify you to correct your usage;

Throttle or temporarily limit your access to the Software;

Suspend your access temporarily if excessive usage continues without adequate corrective action.
- Policy Amendments We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time. Amendments shall become effective upon notification to you or publication in our help documentation.
Your continued use of the Software after notification or publication of policy changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
