Allow binding to SalesForce picklist label.

You can now bind to labels on a SalesForce picklist.

Fixes

	Connection issue on REST property	API paths are now being returned, and are selectable, when using the Data Model REST connector with or without Swagger definitions.
	Template editing slow with large data models	Smart Parts that were slow to respond when editing templates with large data models have been optimized for performance.
	'Authorization denied' when resetting user passwords	Resolved an issue where reset user passwords using Workbench's security or server management tools would not work correctly.

• Under certain cirumstances, when closing word before saving will cause word to crash.
